Laugh it out. Don\u2019t take that moment for granted. You may have lots of it. You laugh and smile because you\u2019re happy. But it can also work the other way around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you\u2019re feeling a bit lonely, try to make a way to make yourself smile. Have a cup of tea, watch a funny video.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There\u2019s one research I\u2019ve heard or seen somewhere that putting a pencil in between your teeth\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore making your face do a smiling gesture\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Makes you \u2018feel\u2019 happier. Don\u2019t believe me? Then try it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Create_%E2%80%98happiness_routines_and_stick_to_them_Fulfillment_can_make_you_happy\"><\/span><strong>3. Create \u2018happiness routines\u2019 and stick to them. Fulfillment can make you happy.<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Everything will run smoothly if it\u2019s systematized. Businesses, families, communities\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Think of airports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your happiness can also be systematized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make a \u2018happiness routine\u2019, this is a group of activities you can do every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your happiness routine should include healthy activities\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some of which I\u2019ll be discussing more later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Basically, your happiness routine will make you feel fulfilled when you\u2019ve done them correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It will start your day right, and if you manage to keep that momentum going\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ll feel that you\u2019re in a state of happiness throughout the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even if the day throws something unexpected at you\u2026 You\u2019ll be able to handle them with grace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This routine can be done in the morning ideally, but you can also have happiness routine in the evening\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is so you\u2019re better prepared for the next day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Dont_forget_exercise\"><\/span><strong>4. Don\u2019t forget exercise.<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exercise is something you can add to your happiness routine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are countless studies on how exercise can make your happiness chemicals fire (dopamine, endorphins, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you include exercise to your happiness routine, you\u2019ll greatly enjoy the benefits. Not to mention it will also make you healthier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An 8-minute exercise will work. As long as you can get your heart beating faster and get a little sweat out\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It doesn\u2019t matter if it\u2019s 5 minutes or 8 minutes or 30 minutes\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although yes, the longer the better, but consistency is more important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Eat_nutritious_foods\"><\/span><strong>5. And there\u2019s a reason why.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With that said, I\u2019m not here to tell you what to eat\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You already know what\u2019s nutritious and what\u2019s not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But Mediterranean diet is known to have these effects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_Take_care_of_your_relationships\"><\/span><strong>6. Take care of your relationships.<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stress in the family equals stress in your life. Make sure your relationships are always in check. This can be really helpful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taking care of your relationship means putting in the effort. The effort to make the people in your life as happy as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>This is easier said than done. You might have resentments against each other\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unsolved issues and problems\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Or maybe sometimes you can\u2019t handle arguments well, etc. There can be a lot of issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But without resolving all these, that icky feeling will stay there and be bothersome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your efforts to do this will be worth it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_Spend_most_of_your_time_with_happy_people\"><\/span><strong>7. Spend most of your time with happy people.<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A healthy environment that supports your desire is important. This applies to everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want to get financially ahead, spend more time with people who are financially doing well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want to get fit, spend more time with fit people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Listening to well meaning advice of people who aren\u2019t where you are will only diminish your chances.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This applies to happiness too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">People who always complain and whine will spread negativity like a virus. Guard yourself. Your happiness is important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This doesn\u2019t mean you\u2019ll stop seeing these people\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But you can try \u2018loving them from afar\u2019 or simply spend less time with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"8_Practice_mindfulness\"><\/span><strong>8. Practice mindfulness<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is also another thing to add to your happiness routine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mindfulness increases your ability to deal with stress and focus on the present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By doing so, you\u2019ll be more capable of unneeded stress of the past and anxiety of the present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Learn how to do mindfulness meditation.
