Find Your WHY<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first thing to do if you want success in anything\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Is to have a reason why.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Why would you want to be successful at something?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Is it to impress someone or your friends?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Or to feel more life fulfillment?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It can be satisfying to be successful at something\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But without any real reason why you\u2019re wanting the success\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A lot of things can happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your dreams can crumble down as you hit some minor roadblocks\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Just because you weren\u2019t founded on your reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Or maybe when you get tired, you won\u2019t take action\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Or when you\u2019re distracted, you\u2019ll procrastinate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s your BIG REASON that will push you throughout your journey\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No matter how hard\u2026 no matter how painful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is your foundation. If you know you\u2019re founded on solid reasons, your dreams won\u2019t go crumbling down easily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And if you don\u2019t have a foundation, even the slightest earthquakes can bring you down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Stick_to_Your_WHY\"><\/span><strong>2. Stick to Your WHY<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you found your WHY\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stick to that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019ve mentioned before that your WHY will put you through any challenge\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only if you stick to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You see, some people take action because they\u2019re motivated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While some people take action because they have a reason to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Everyone feels unmotivated every now and then.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are days when you don\u2019t feel like getting up at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But you have to. And if you\u2019ll count on your motivation to fuel you on those days\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ll be dragging yourself to do what you don\u2019t \u2018feel\u2019 like doing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So it\u2019s a lot better to ground yourself on your WHY. So at times like these\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ll be more energized to take action and show up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Find_a_Blueprint_and_a_Mentor\"><\/span><strong>3. Find a Blueprint and a Mentor<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now you have your reasons. You need a roadmap to get where you want to go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If it\u2019s weight loss, you need a diet plan or a workout plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If it\u2019s money, you need to work on a \u2018wealth\u2019 blueprint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You also need someone to guide you through the roadmap or the blueprint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You need someone who\u2019s been there before. Not just someone teaching for money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You need someone with experience. Someone who really went through what you\u2019re going through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you don\u2019t have local or personal access to these people\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can always buy their books, listen to their podcasts, audiobooks, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The point is to have someone to look up to, who has been where you were before. And is massively successful\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026or at least, the level of success you want to have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Systematize_Everything\"><\/span><strong>4. Systematize Everything<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now that you have a mentor, a blueprint, and a reason to go forward\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You need to systematize everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In reality, this is not the only area of your life you need to focus on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, you want to get rich\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But you also have to focus on your family, on your friends, and other commitments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So you need to systematize everything to have a balanced and rich life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ideally, you should work in these areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Health &amp; Fitness<\/li><li>Finances &amp; Wealth<\/li><li>Friends &amp; Family<\/li><li>Fun, Recreation and Entertainment<\/li><li>Love Life<\/li><li>Personal\/Spiritual Development<\/li><li>Career\/Business<\/li><li>Physical Environment<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A balanced life of those 8 elements will be fulfilling for sure\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But take it easy on yourself. I know it can be difficult to juggle everything at once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Focus_Find_Your_Flow\"><\/span><strong>5. Focus, Find Your Flow<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now that you have a system, it\u2019s time to get to work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And while working, focus is a must. You must find your flow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Flow is when you\u2019re so engrossed in the moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How do you know when you found your flow?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ll feel energetic, time passes by so fast, and you\u2019re getting a lot done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you\u2019re at this stage. Don\u2019t stop working. This is when you\u2019ll be really productive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How do you find your focus? You can start by working focused for 5 minutes without any distractions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then take it easy for another 5 minutes, and then have a focused session again, maybe try 7-10 minutes this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019re used to entertaining distractions, this can be difficult. But if you want success, you should focus on what you really need to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avoid procrastination, it robs you of your success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_Reduce_the_Negativity\"><\/span><strong>6. Reduce the Negativity<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now, it\u2019s time to reduce the negativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Note how I used the word \u2018reduce\u2019 instead of \u2018remove\u2019? In reality, you can\u2019t be 100% positive and good. Negativity will be with you, that\u2019s a fact as long as you\u2019re on the planet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But that\u2019s no reason for you to put it with all the negativity. Reduce it as much as you can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Love negative people in your life from afar, don\u2019t let them influence you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avoid negative news, events, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_Stick_to_One_Thing_at_a_Time\"><\/span><strong>7. Stick to One Thing at a Time<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As you go through your journey, stick to one thing at a time. Your focus shouldn\u2019t be scattered in every facet of your life. I know there are 8 areas of your life\u2026 And you need to work on all these. But prioritize one at a time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Take it easy on yourself. Because doing everything at once is a sure way to stress yourself out!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also, you\u2019ll produce better results if you do one thing at a time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"8_Dont_Give_Up_Too_Soon\"><\/span><strong>8. Don\u2019t Give Up Too Soon<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The last tip I have to give is this\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don\u2019t give up too soon. There will be times it will seem pointless\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But as long as you\u2019re grounded on your WHY, as discussed above\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ll have the strength to go on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reality will kick in after the motivation goes down. It\u2019ll be hard and challenging. You\u2019ll find yourself asking if it\u2019s worth it to continue\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Or to quit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But oftentimes, it\u2019s during these times that you\u2019re about to hit your breakthrough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So don\u2019t quit.
